Belly Dance Classes in Nelson

Yes it’s true! Exercising the abdominal area, not just by rolling the belly, but also by swaying the torso, helps food move along the digestive system. Any form of exercise will have this effect to some degree, but belly dancing is especially good for this purpose.

If you are in one of my belly dancing classes in Nelson or Salmo, you’ll soon discover that if you’ve eaten before class time you’ll be treated a lovely symphony of sounds as you dance! Very entertaining indeed!
