Benefits of Belly Dancing – #7: Belly Dancing is FUN!!

Enough said! Why limit yourself to workouts in the gym only when you can burn calories and enjoy all the other great benefits that come along with Belly dancing?

Some people, like me, need to be “tricked” into getting some exercise – plain old working out just doesn’t turn my crank, and I can’t bring myself to do it. But, when I’m Belly Dancing it’s a whole different story – I will work up a sweat in no time, especially if I’m practicing a choreography over and over and over trying to constantly improve my performance. The heart rate goes up and the time just flies, I don’t even realize how hard I’m working it’s so much fun!
